Easy and Awesome Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

This is by far the easiest recipe and the best tasting Zucchini Bread I've ever made!  The recipe makes 2 loaves.

3 eggs                                  2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil                       1 Tlb vanilla
                3 cups grated zucchini
3 cups A/P flour                                 1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp baking soda      1/4 Tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts       1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans
(Easy tip* - cut wax paper and line the bottom of both)
Beat eggs in a large bowl, mix in the sugar, oil & vanilla.  Add
the grated zucchini and stir well.
Add flour, salt, b.s., b.p.  Stir until mixed well then add the nuts
and chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared loaf pans.  Bake in the preheated oven
until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaves comes out clean, about 1 hour.
Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before inverting on a cooling rack to finish cooling.
